Florence van Rossum (1961) obtained her degrees at the University of Amsterdam (Philosophy and Dutch law).

From 1989 to 1994, she worked as an attorney for the international law firm Stibbe in Amsterdam (and in New York), where she developed her expertise in the areas of labour law, international corporate law and international arbitration law.
In 1994, Florence set up her own practice. Many of her international clients followed her, contributing to her success. Her practice has now evolved into the firm Van Rossum Guyon.
Florence received a bilingual upbringing and is a national of both France and the Netherlands. She speaks fluent French, English and Dutch. Her strengths are: providing practical advice, conducting negotiations and be a partner of your enterprise.


Florence van Rossum works together with a select group of lawyers, specialists in their own field of expertise like Intellectual Property law, Tax, Pensions, Real Estate etc. This enables her to work for you on larger projects that involve expert advice on different subjects.
